"Ballot Rigging" by Advancing Aberystwyth (Proof Part 4)
Unfortunately there are more examples and the four to date are just the tip of the iceberg, there are enough to keep posting well beyond the ballot end.
This time, despite the Manager of a Charity, who has the authorisation to vote, completing the "Alternative Address Request" and allocating a home address, did NOT receive the Notification of Ballot or the Ballot Paper.
Concerns were raised when the Notice of Ballot failed to turn up but this was dismissed and yet true to our concerns, the ballot paper also never showed.
On inspection of the voter list later, it was evident that Advancing Aberystwyth had simply IGNORED the request that they offered to ALL businesses, and sent the ballot paper to the Head Office in London.
Advancing Aberystwyth then LIED to the Council stating BID Legislation does not allow a ballot paper to be sent to a home address, yet they offered this due to the Covid shut down we found ourselves in.
And just to confirm this LIE, 38 other businesses had their ballot papers sent to home addresses that they requested, only difference is Advancing Aberystwyth was fully aware that the Manager was voting NO !
Once again, Ceredigion County Council are aware of the full details of this and other examples of BALLOT RIGGING and are simply choosing to do NOTHING.
Sticking their head in the sand and hoping this goes away, is not what we are expecting. Ceredigion County Council CANNOT be seen to be endorsing BALLOT RIGGING, especially as they are legally responsible in ensuring the ballot is fair and democratic.
So over to Eifion Evans, Chief Exec of CCC, "You are aware of the ballot rigging that has taken place, what are you going to do about it ?"
