IMPORTANT BALLOT INFORMATION (PLEASE SHARE)

 

Despite completing the online form confirming their address, some businesses have NOT received the Notification of Ballot sent out last week.

Advancing Aberystwyth are claiming this was not essential but more importantly it raises concerns and questions. If this letter does not get delivered, assuming this is sent using the details they have, what assurances are there that the business will receive the Ballot Paper.

Add to this, the information and time you have to spend to get a replacement ballot paper if yours is "deemed" to be lost is really unacceptable and especially when we will all be focussing on reopening our businesses and will have more important matters to attend to.

Are we seeing a repeat of the ballot of 2016, when many businesses did not receive ballot papers and this, on appeal, was simply deemed as acceptable by the Welsh Government.

If you want a vote and have not already received your Notification of Ballot, get in touch with Advancing Aberystwyth to ensure that your details are correct and confirmation that you WILL receive a ballot paper.
